This policy describes what information Datumly Tile & Stone Solutions LLC ("Datumly", "we") collects when you visit datumly.pro, request a sample, or book a studio session, and how we use it. We've tried to write it the way we'd want it written if we were the visitor.
1. Information we collect
We collect only the information you give us through the contact form, by email, or by telephone. That typically includes your name, an email address, a phone number if you choose to share one, and the description of the project you'd like our help on.
When you browse the site, our hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested. These are kept for 30 days for operational and security reasons and are not used for marketing.
2. Why we use it
We use the information you share to reply to your enquiry, prepare a studio session, send samples to a delivery address you've given us, and follow up on the project we've worked on together. That is the entire list.
We do not sell your details. We do not share them with marketing partners. We do not enrich them with information bought from third parties.
3. Cookies and analytics
We set a single first-party cookie to remember your cookie-consent choice. With your consent, we run privacy-first analytics to count page views and understand which journal entries are read; the analytics tool does not set tracking cookies and does not record IP addresses in identifiable form. 4. Where information is stored
Enquiries you send through the contact form are stored on our hosting provider's servers in the United States, alongside our internal project records. Email correspondence is stored on our business email provider's servers, also in the United States.
5. How long we keep it
Project enquiries are kept for as long as a project is active, plus seven years for accounting and warranty purposes. Email correspondence about a closed project is retained for a similar period. Server logs are retained for 30 days.
If you'd like your information removed sooner, write to us at [email protected] and we will action the request inside ten working days, except where we are required to retain a record for tax or legal reasons.
6. Your rights
You may ask us at any time for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Residents of California, the European Union, and the United Kingdom have additional statutory rights, including the right to data portability and the right to object to processing.

7. Security
We use TLS encryption between your browser and our servers, secure session tokens for the contact form, and access controls on the systems where enquiry data is stored. No system is invulnerable; if we ever discover a breach affecting your information, we will tell you and the relevant regulator within 72 hours.
8. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when we change a tool, a vendor, or a process. The "last reviewed" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Substantive changes will be notified by email to anyone with an active enquiry on file.
